| Full Trays A Full Tray....by itself could accommodate 12-16 guests (Buffet Style) & (18-20 Plated). Full Trays combined with other trays creates a buffet & will accommodate many more guests. |
Half Trays By themselves will accommodate between 6-9 guests. However selecting a variety of half trays will accommodate more. |

Our “Trays To Go” menu is designed to accommodate all your catering needs.
You may order trays to pick up or have them delivered or, select a few trays to
create a buffet, or supplement your own buffet with some of our favorite selections.
Your trays are ready to pick up hot. Or have them dropped off.
