Policies, Terms and Conditions

All events require a $500.00 deposit to reserve a date. Final guest count due 10 days prior to your event. The balance of the contract is to be paid seven (7) days prior to the event. We accept money orders, bank check, cash, and credit card payments with authorization form accepted 30 days prior, subject to 3% administration fee.

Cancellation & Refunds
In the event of a cancellation, all deposits and payments are non refundable and non transferable.

A final menu is due 30 days prior to your event date. A final guaranteed guest count is due 10 days prior to your event date. This count may increase, however, it may not decrease.

Food & Beverage

Per Board of Health Guidelines Leftovers are not allowed to be packaged to go.

Pricing & Service
New England Clambakes takes great pride in the food and service we provide. Please inquire about special menus and allow us to customize an event to meet your budget. Prices are subject to change depending on the market price of lobsters that week. All selections are subject to 7% tax and 20% administration fee. Pricing does not include labor, waitstaff, service, set up or rentals. Pricing includes chinet serviceware and plastic utensils.

Every event is different, labor and waitstaff are determined by the size and type of event. A Formal Wedding will require more labor & staff than a typical backyard celebration.

Place Settings

Summer Ware $1.75 pp – Summer theme plate & flatware (Clambake or garden theme) non-disposable.
Basic China $2.75 pp – Dinner plate, napkin and flatware (fork & knife).
Standard China $3.95 pp – Dinner plate, dessert plate, water glass, linen napkin and flatware (fork, knife and dessert fork).
