Guarantee
A guarantee of the exact number of guests for all functions is required 12 days prior to your function. You will be charged for the minimum amount subject to the plan minimum, even if actual attendance is less.

Deposits
A non-refundable non-transferable deposit of $1000 is required to reserve a date. A second non-refundable non-transferable one-third deposit or $3000, whichever is greater, is due ten months prior to your event. After the One third is received and your Event Order contract is signed, your vendors will be contracted.

Final Payment
For all functions, payment must be made by cash or certified check 8- days prior to your function. Personal checks and credit cards are not accepted for final payment. No refunds after final payment. No refunds of deposits.

Food & Beverage Policy
Due to insurance and health code regulations, no food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought onto the premises by the patron or guests. For the same reason no food or beverage may be taken from the premises.

Liquor Liability
The sale and service of alcohol is strictly regulated by the Massachusetts Alcohol Beverage Commission. Liquor Service will be prohibited to any individual without proper identification. Primavera reserves the right to limit and control the amount of alcoholic beverages consumed by guests (All hosted and cash bars will remain open to alcoholic service for a maximum of 4 hours). Shots are not allowed or served. All beverages must be consumed on the premises.

Beverage Service
For Open or Hosted Bars Primavera requires a security deposit of the estimated sales for the event. The balance will be charged to your credit card. All open or hosted bars are subject to an 20% service charge and 5% tax. Private Bartender service is $125 per bartender. Outdoor Bar Set up is $595 for Satellite Bar.

Favors, Decorations & Displays
Primavera will not assume responsibility for any articles brought to be displayed or distributed at the event. We will do our best to display or distribute as instructed.We reserve the right to limit the amount of articles brought onto the premises and will assume no responsibility for articles lost or damaged. Favors containing alcohol are not permitted, under any circumstance. There is no confetti, flower petals, rice, bird seed, bubbles, candles or any similar material allowed inside or outside the premises.

Centerpieces
No centerpieces containing an open flame will be allowed. Candles must be enclosed in glass, such as votive, hurricane lamps, etc.

Overtime & Extra Fees
A utility liability fee of $500 applies to all private functions utilizing the Grand Ballroom and/or Vincenzo Room. A $250 setup configuration fee may apply for special setup. Overtime rate exceeding five(5) hours of service is $650 for the first hour and $400 for each additional half-hour there after (or any part there of). Maximum Time is until 12:30 A.M. Early Arrival for Saturday evening weddings will be $750 per half hour. Bar will remain open to alcohol service for a maximum of 4 hours. Saturday Afternoon events must end by 5:00 PM. Saturday evening events may not commence before 6:00 PM.

Security
Primavera shall not assume responsibility of lost or stolen articles left on the premises prior to or following any function.

Service Charge & Sales Tax
An Administrative charge of 20% will be added to all food, beverage and package services. All prices quoted, unless otherwise noted, are subject to 5% Massachusetts tax.

Minimum Guest Guarantee
Minimum guest guarantee is required for all events. Wedding package pricing is based on a guest minimum. Peak Dates also have guest minimums. Minimum guests counts are managed through the Banquet Office. Equivalent Minimum Dollar Values apply for packages, rooms or dates if minimum guest count is altered. Friday Weddings 100 guests, Saturday Day 125, Saturday Evening 150, and Sunday 125.

Private Contractors
Primavera reserves the right to limit the volume of musical entertainment. A maximum of one hour overtime is allowed for all entertainment to break down and remove all equipment from premises. Private contractors are responsible for their own set up and, if not booked by Primavera, all contractors must contact the Banquet Office for set up instructions.

Pricing
All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Security
Primavera reserves the right to hire a security officer at any function when we feel it is in the best interest of our patrons and/or our guests. Patron will be required to pay for security officer. Clients will be held responsible for any damage to the building or equipment during or after the affair due to the activities of their guests and/or private contractors.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, all deposits are non refundable & non-transferable. Primavera is not responsible for cancellations due to weather or Acts of God. No refunds after final payment
